This latest model was given a cosmetic and technical upgrade with the main focus being on the introduction of Tudor’s much acclaimed new in-house movement, the COSC MT5612 with silicon hairspring and 70hrs power reserve.Inside the titanium 42mm case, capable of an incredible 500m water resistance sits the matt black dial with block and rectangular hour markers and unmistakable snow flake hands, all giving a design nod to Tudor’s vintage Submariner. This is complimented with a forged titanium bezel and matching black ceramic insert. The diving scale on the bezel is engraved but Tudor inject the luminescent directly into the numerals. The dial and bezel lume on the Pelagos has to be seen, but must easily be one of the brightest on the market for dive watches.The Pelagos comes with a matching titanium bracelet with Tudor’s innovative and patented micro-adjust fastener with divers extension. The clasp can be fixed in one of three settings for a perfect fit, as well as a self-regulating position using the spring-loaded system, which automatically compensates and tightens the bracelet, ensuring that it is always held securely on the wrist.RRP £4,410
