These updated editions preserve the charm of the original, enhanced by a more refined and versatile design, increased durability, and advanced technical performance, including a higher-frequency movement and a more precise chronograph function.What truly distinguishes the Chronomaster Sport from its siblings within the Chronomaster family, such as the more vintage-inspired Chronomaster Original and Revival models, is its bezel. Crafted from polished ceramic and engraved with a graduated 1/10-second scale, it enables readings to an exceptional level of precision. At the heart of the watch lies the El Primero 3600 calibre, the latest evolution of the legendary movement, optimised for both visual appeal and efficiency, featuring an enlarged blue column wheel and an extended 60-hour power reserve.The central chronograph seconds hand completes a full rotation in just 10 seconds, rather than the conventional 60, allowing direct 1/10-second readings from the bezel when stopped. Housed in a 41mm stainless steel case, the watch features vintage-inspired pump-style chronograph pushers reminiscent of early El Primero models. The dial’s overlapping subdials retain the iconic blue, anthracite, and light grey colour scheme first introduced on the historic A386.Continuing the bold design statement introduced in 1994 with the original Chronomaster, the movement is showcased through a sapphire caseback.
