Description DescriptionBoneless lamb breast prepared from Staffordshire lamb, rolled and strung for easy cooking and carving. A flavourful cut with natural fat throughout, making it particularly well suited to slow roasting. At approximately 450g, this makes a smaller roasting joint ideal for two to three people. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 170°C (150°C fan). Season well with salt and pepper. Roast for 1½–2 hours, until tender. For a crisp finish, increase the oven temperature for the final 15–20 minutes. Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Slow roasting will give the best result. Serving SuggestionServe sliced with roast potatoes and greens, or cook until tender and use as a hearty filling.

Installation Guidelines

Always make sure the wall has been wiped clean prior to installation.

Temporary installation :

3M (Picture hanging strips) or double sided tape can be used.Glue or staple picture hanging strip to the back of the acoustic panels. Because of their porous sound absorbing nature they do not stick as well to the 3m/double sided strip as the wall will.

A construct glue such as liquid nail or Selleys quick grip can be used.
