Description DescriptionDiced lamb shoulder prepared from Staffordshire lamb, offering excellent flavour and natural marbling. Shoulder is ideal for slow cooking, becoming tender and rich as it cooks. Supplied in 400g packs, ready for casseroles, curries or slow-cooked dishes. Cooking Guide Brown the lamb in a hot pan to seal. Add stock, wine or sauce and cook gently for 1½–2 hours, until tender. Alternatively cook in a slow cooker on low for 6–8 hours. Shoulder benefits from longer, gentler cooking to allow the connective tissue to break down. Serving SuggestionPerfect for lamb stews, curries, shepherd’s pie or slow-cooked tagines.

Installation Guidelines

Always make sure the wall has been wiped clean prior to installation.

Temporary installation :

3M (Picture hanging strips) or double sided tape can be used.Glue or staple picture hanging strip to the back of the acoustic panels. Because of their porous sound absorbing nature they do not stick as well to the 3m/double sided strip as the wall will.

Permanent installation:

A construct glue such as liquid nail or Selleys quick grip can be used.
