Description DescriptionFrench trimmed lamb cutlets prepared from Staffordshire lamb. Cut from the rack and neatly trimmed for presentation, these cutlets are tender, full of flavour, and ideal for quick cooking. Supplied as 4 cutlets per pack. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan cook over medium-high heat for: Medium Rare: 2–3 minutes per side (50–52°C) Medium: 3–4 minutes per side (55–57°C) Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness. Serving SuggestionServe with crushed new potatoes and greens, or with a simple herb or mint dressing for a lighter plate.

Installation Guidelines

Always make sure the wall has been wiped clean prior to installation.

Temporary installation :

3M (Picture hanging strips) or double sided tape can be used.Glue or staple picture hanging strip to the back of the acoustic panels. Because of their porous sound absorbing nature they do not stick as well to the 3m/double sided strip as the wall will.

Permanent installation:

A construct glue such as liquid nail or Selleys quick grip can be used.
