Overview The Fireye ED510 is a backlit LCD display module and operator interface designed for use with the Flame-Monitor, MicroM, and EP/EPD series burner management controls. It provides a user-friendly way to monitor real-time burner status, access diagnostic information, and review historical lockout data. The module features a rugged, weather-proof housing suitable for industrial environments and can be mounted directly to a programmer or installed remotely in a control panel. Features Backlit LCD Display: Two-line by 16-character alphanumeric screen for clear visibility in all lighting conditions. Tactile Keypad: Three-key dome keypad (SCRL, RESET, MODE) for navigating menus, resetting lockouts, and viewing history. Real-Time Monitoring: Continuous display of current burner operating status and first-out annunciation during lockout conditions. Lockout History: Stores a log of the last six lockout events with burner cycle and hour timestamps for simplified troubleshooting. Flexible Mounting: Can be mounted directly to EP style programmers or remotely using specialized kits. Durable Design: NEMA 4 rated weatherproof enclosure when used with a remote mounting kit. Installation Guidelines

Always make sure the wall has been wiped clean prior to installation.

Temporary installation :

3M (Picture hanging strips) or double sided tape can be used.Glue or staple picture hanging strip to the back of the acoustic panels. Because of their porous sound absorbing nature they do not stick as well to the 3m/double sided strip as the wall will.

Permanent installation:

A construct glue such as liquid nail or Selleys quick grip can be used.
